Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, reviewing marketing materials, approving campaigns, honoring applicable laws and regulations, maintaining required licenses, and using communication tools responsibly.

Advertising and Platform Policies

Clients are responsible for complying with applicable advertising platform policies, industry regulations, privacy laws, SMS/email consent requirements, and business licensing obligations. We may assist with setup, but approval by advertising platforms is not guaranteed.

Third-Party Platforms

Services may rely on third-party platforms for CRM, email, SMS, hosting, analytics, scheduling, advertising, payments, or other functions. Compass & Anchor Media is not responsible for outages, changes, pricing updates, or policy decisions made by third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

Website copy, designs, workflows, templates, and other materials created by Compass & Anchor Media may be protected by intellectual property rights. Ownership and usage rights may be addressed in a separate client agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass & Anchor Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to website use, services, platform access, campaign performance, or business outcomes.
